Named after the town where Haruki Takahashi opened his first restaurant, from the moment you enter, Sushi Bar Tottori transports you to the small town on the Japanese coast. The proposal is based on his legacy, where attention to the raw material and know-how is a priority, transferring classic recipes of Japanese gastronomy with each elaboration.

In 2020 we started this journey with the first establishment located in Lagasca street and, as of today, we can proudly say that we have transferred this cuisine concept to other locations such as Alicante and La Finca de Pozuelo.
