Born in the Zhejiang Province of China, María has been living in Madrid since she was 10 years old. Her passion for gastronomy originates from the time in her life when her parents opened up a traditional Chinese restaurant, spending her days going between the kitchen and dining area learning about the world of catering. At only 17 years old, her entrepreneurial talent was evident and her family put her in charge of the business, thus forging a trajectory with 30 years of experience and putting Chinese haute cuisine on the map in our country. María Li Bao, along with her brother Felipe Bao, have created an empire with more than 20 restaurants in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, and Toledo.
